 I went to pay health insurance today. The first woman in the number line didn't arrive when I called the number at the counter. It was too late when I jumped to my number. As a result, my number was skipped. The counter didn't notice or wanted to help at all, only the security tried to help. In the end, there are several customers behind who are willing to let me pay first, but the reception counter is completely silent and has a very bad attitude. A bank with a very bad experience, the staff education and training are completely unqualified.
