購買及使用isken三年了（2015/04），最初購買時保證mac也可使用，使用經驗也算順利，後來開始出現虛擬Windows和mac資料存取不同步的問題，最終甚至直接無法使用了。去門市請專業人員處理，耗費多時依舊未果。今日接到「是mac的問題」等不負責任的電話，我是電腦白癡不懂這些，只覺得既然貴公司無法持續更新進步，當初就不該打包票mac系統亦可使用，讓使用mac的買家權益受損。
