還可以,但價位偏高 當然知到價位才去吃,吃了覺得不值才反饋,很難懂?本來覺得有三星,看店家對顧客反饋的回覆就知道水準在哪!

Happy Christmas! 吃日料不求浮誇? 只需食材實料的真心感 有著最講究的料理食材 隨著師傅的手藝 仔細品味新鮮食材 享受舌尖上的美味 照片不是全部的餐點~ 有幾道來不及拍就被我吃掉啦 每一道都令人驚艷 最最最難以忘懷的幾道分享一下 師傅很用心的創意 有一道是魚肝加上自製葡萄乾 做成像醬料般的口感夾進湯種土司內 多層次口感 很特別 好吃! 還有整隻大蝦 分成三種吃法 第一次吃到新鮮蝦卵 滿滿的海味! 鮮甜! 還弄了煙薰的作法 香氣十足 非常棒! 還有一道生蠔兩吃 原來 新鮮的蚵仔...是脆的! 以前不敢嚐試 因為不喜歡軟軟爛爛的口感 遇到生蠔通常是跳過不吃 這次的經驗改變了對生蠔的偏見 ❤️美好的一餐。

和我先生結婚三週年,為了慶祝而到訪的。 5500元的無菜單料理,整體非常驚豔,值得這個價位。像牡丹蝦、鮟鱇魚、蝦卵等,吃起來都非常新鮮入口。 另外原本不太敢吃白子,但師傅處理的方式很好,河豚白子吃下去的不會有生食白子那種不適的口感。 海膽搭配烤過的柚子,以及最下方像最中(?)的餅乾,真得很好吃! 甜點部分也好用心,江戶前玉子燒只有在電視影片看過,在這裡也能吃到!綿密像蛋糕一樣,很特別的滋味。老闆自製的松露冰淇淋,吃下去有種很高級的感覺? 另外我先生提到今天是慶祝三週年後,師傅好像請老闆娘做什麼事,看到老闆娘離開店裡一陣子。沒多久老闆娘回來後,師傅就特調一般濃度不高的柚子清酒招待我們。真得好用心! 以後一定再回訪,謝謝您們!

Absolutely top notch omakase, everything I had there was of the highest quality, executed to perfection, and flavors were spot on. Don't let its location deter you whatsoever, I live in 東區 where there are a ton of omakase restaurants, and 奄壽司 can hold their own against any of them.
