★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 比較板橋裕民街康師傅跟三民路余的東山鴨頭之後,個人覺得位於南勢角的這間勝出,帶皮脖子鴨頭必點,輕咬一下就能骨肉分離,鴨皮吃起來很過癮,每一樣食材幾乎都很入味,且調味真的非常有深度,入口後在快要過甜時,胡椒的鹹卻又把你的味蕾拉回到適當的比例位置,吃起來完全不會過膩也不會很油,唯一可惜的就是採用小豆干,無法將東山鴨頭的醬汁完美包覆在豆乾內,因此吃起來比較沒味道,若採用的是會吸湯的大豆乾應該會更棒,價格上也算便宜,因為店屬於在夜市裡面,所以附近難停車,但若有來中永和本店絕對值得專程到訪一試。
