說實在的,慕名而去的,因為想吃碗糕,但比媽媽常常買的菜市場攤販,媽媽買的好吃多了。 或許對店家的評價期待太高了,真的覺的碗糕還好。 有些平淡無味… 口感也還好,味道差強人意,不會再買了,略顯失望。 不過我還蠻推另一個,魚皮湯40元,這個覺的很不錯,魚皮新鮮、還有一塊羅伯、一顆虱目魚丸… 薑是滿滿的,有一些太多了,就有一些太辣,不過撈掉就可以了。 覺的魚皮湯可以再回購,CP值很高。 店家老闆娘,感覺很親切~

老舊的店面,可是打掃擦拭的非常乾淨,牆壁與地面、桌面、椅子都很乾淨舒爽。 店員多數都是老人家,都很親切又有禮貌。 四神湯清爽濃淡適宜,酒味不夠重,清清淡淡的(個人偏愛酒味重一點),豬腸跟豬肚份量適中,整體來說味道還不錯。 肉粽的花生份量不少,味道還滿香的,肉粽蒸煮的很透,裡面的肥肉都被蒸透爛了,入口即化,完全沒有肥肉感(個人非常害怕吃肥肉,看到肥肉一定挑掉。),個人這一餐最滿意的,就是這顆肉粽。 碗粿整體上來說,真是還不錯吃,不過有幾個小缺點。 配菜蘿蔔有點少,希望老闆能再給多一點。 還有為何老闆不把碗粿,從碗裡弄出來,倒出來放在碗盤上,讓內用的客人比較方便享用美食呢? 整碗滿滿的碗粿,要倒入醬油膏,這個任務滿困難,非常容易弄得滿桌或滿手都是醬油膏,這樣吃起來就非常不方便了! 搭配肉粽跟碗粿的醬油膏,這個味道實在是太美妙了,這個滋味就是老家的味道,即使吃完過了三天,還是讓我回味無窮啊!
