1.調查員向被告提示證物的時候會拒絕讓辯護人上前觀看，但說不出法令依據與理由。
2.詢問時沒有讓被告同步觀看的螢幕，甚為不便。
3.某承辦人員認為詢問程序不適用刑事訴訟法的偵查程序規定。
Personal experience has been revealed, for your reference only (hope you have no chance to experience):
1. When the investigator presents the evidence to the defendant, he will refuse to let the defender come forward to watch it, but he cannot tell the legal basis and reasons.
2. It was very inconvenient for the defendant not to watch the screen synchronously when inquiring.
3. A contractor believes that the inquiry procedure does not apply to the investigation procedure provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law.
