★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 藥師態度很不好,下午兩點遇見有年長者詢問購物點數使用問題,服務人員用接近怒吼的方式回答,若覺得購物點數這項服務會對服務人員造成過大壓力就不應該推出,若要推出被詢問是很正常的事情,不應該有過度情緒化的問題,尤其是對年長者用幾乎不禮貌的方式回應,對方其實用很客氣的方式請教。
對於後面的客人詢問要到哪一個櫃檯時,也不需要用「你到底有沒有要買?」這種對話和情緒回應。
The attitude of the pharmacist is very bad. At 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I met an elderly person who asked about the use of shopping points. The service staff answered in a way that was close to roaring. It is normal to be asked, and there should be no overly emotional questions, especially when responding in an almost impolite way to an older person, who actually asks in a very polite way.
When the customer in the back asks which counter they want to go to, there is no need to use the dialogue and emotional response of "do you want to buy?"
