★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 廣告上離捷運站的距離明明是地圖上的平面距離，加建案旁是遊民收容中心及有槍案發生的薑母鴨，開價卻用離捷運站很近為由比目前實價高很多，那也算。接待人員，態度是開價就是這麼高要買不買隨你，還有別人要買，忽視有心想買的客戶，說出口的訊息常常前後不一，令人感到只是在唬弄人，是只賣給出高價投資人的代銷及建商，廣告還打著親住己住的話術，根本無心賣給真正有需要房子的上班族。
