★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/28禮拜四在這家燙頭髮，燙髮結束回家後我的髮尾就翹的很嚴重，而且捲度馬上就掉??，朋友都覺得燙的很失敗，就跟完全沒燙一樣，絕對不會再踏進這家店任何一次。燙完的結果跟沒燙一樣喔，該全額退1600給我吧？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大概兩三年前來過圓通日式威廉兩三次，設計師都剪的不錯，尤其是Vicky, 服務也不錯。但經過2年後來這裡，生意還是不錯，但明顯店裡人手不足。老闆為了省薪水一家那麼大的店只有兩位設計師，一位小妹洗頭，所有預約客人都在等，搞到評價聲名狼藉，我覺得真的很可惜以前前人打下的基礎。
希望老闆看到評價能增加人力資源，尤其是週末，三個人應付一堆客人，會不會也太苛薄員工了？
1個小妹要洗頭，吹頭，還要掃地，多請幾個員工吧！

I hope that the boss can see that the evaluation can increase human resources, especially on weekends, three people deal with a bunch of guests, will it be too harsh on the staff?
