真的要直接給五顆星????? 食材跟料理沒話說~ 就是新鮮好吃! 記得先訂位~會由長得像侯友宜的大廚服務? 大哥真的很海派,也特別拿當日準備料理的食材給我們看。 不過我個人喜歡比較安靜的用餐環境,主廚是有比較健談一些啦?? 每一道菜都好好吃~ 干貝、圓鱈、大明蝦都吃得到本身的鮮甜,只有用鹽來調味的料理,真的很適合喜歡吃的清淡的人! 而且我要特別表揚「松阪豬」,我個人覺得真的非常優秀! 油脂剛好不油膩,搭配像馬鈴薯口感的乾煎蒜頭(無蒜頭臭味)真的絕配~~ 男友都特別過來搶食了? 跟之前網上看到的價格相比有小漲價,現在也收服務費10%了,不過這個價錢能吃到這種等級的食材跟料理,即使是從新竹特地前往用餐,我也覺得很值得?

Price: A little bit pricey (1500 TWD per person, tax and service charge included) Location: Next to the biggest park in Yonghe. Bus and MRT are reachable nearby about 5-10 minutes walk. Parking: A large parking space under the National Taiwan Library (400+ parking lots) Service: Very warm and nice service. Cook is willing to tailor the size of meat chop and teach us how to make the best taste with side dish and sauce. Food: Main dish is served with high quality. Appetizers are ok. I came here with my friend and overall I’d rate it to 5 stars based on my dining experience. However, there is still room to improve: 1. Suggest to make the ending dish more luxury and gorgeous. It’s a plain fried veggie and it looks just ordinary without any toppings. A shrimp fried rice that is well showed off and described by cook would be much better. 2. One of the way that I tell the level of a restaurant is thru its napkin quality. I’d suggest to use cloth napkin instead of disposable ones. Honestly, this is supposedly an upscale restaurant. 3. Desert and fruits after dinner are tasty. However, the decor of them on the table downgrades the experience right after the well-prepared and nice dinner. Suggest them to reference hotel teatime and how they present the deserts. After all, I deduct one star and hope they can make a little adjustment to complete a better dinning experience.
