還有裡面人員態度不親切,簡單說就是跩跩的樣子
跟當初剛開時態度差很多,也許是生意好的關係吧,親切樣都不見了,建議換一批人員吧

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前固定拿藥及買藥的藥局,可是現在來了一個年輕的藥劑師,態度超差的,還自以為是的亂訓人,最後我還是很客氣的跟他說謝謝,並買了他說的藥擦,可是現在傷口好像惡化,我想以後跑遠一點,都不會再來這家藥局了

怎麼會有這麼荒謬的藥局?需要的人買不到,快篩庫存查詢顯示,看得到、買不到?那讓大家查詢庫存的意義何在?
給一星還有一個原因,態度非常不好!不知道臉在臭什麼,我也是禮貌客氣的詢問,沒有我也沒有罵妳,妳還一副不耐煩,我真的受不了才上來打的,希望你們可以,盡快把態度差勁的工作人員換掉,她不適任。

1.店員卻一副一定是你弄壞的表情,跟另一個店員看电池蓋討論了很久,說這邊的塑膠好像有彎掉所以蓋不緊。
2.問我說你還沒裝電池時就蓋不緊了嗎,我說剛拿到還沒裝電池誰會注意是不是蓋不緊咧,滿懷期待的心情打開電池蓋,裝完電池後才發現蓋不緊啊?(心中OS:你去路上問一百個人,誰會在幫新機器裝電池前,先觀察電池蓋有沒蓋緊的?)
3.她問我買完當下店員沒有裝電池測試給我看嗎?我說沒有。她還打電話跟昨天晚上值班的店員確認。昨晚店員沒有裝電池測試,但是有把電池蓋打開再蓋上。
4.第三個店員走過來,三個人開始討論要不要換新的給我,三個人用一副抓賊的表情看著我,覺得是我把電池蓋弄壞的。
5.雖然最後有換新的給我,但整個購物體驗極差,一直被當賊看待,而且昨天店員也有打開電池蓋再蓋上,怎麼不說是店員弄壞的,或是出廠時就是壞的呢?一昧的懷疑客人,令人感覺很糟。
本來換完貨後,還想在店裡買其他東西,但也沒心情了,直接上蝦皮拍賣買了,還比較便宜喔!
