Highly recommended.
I discover the activity of shrimping in this place, and even if people are not English-spoken (I recommend to go with a Taiwanese friend), prices are really affordable (for the activity, but also drinks that you can have there). Most people going there are locals, and you can easily make friends there, people are such lovely! Because it was my first time, I only had 2 shrimps but regular customers there gave me 1 huge bag of fresh shrimps.
What I love in this place is also the restaurant: it's so authentic, cheap, and good taste! I love the porc (see on the picture), and the fried rice. It really worth it.
