合約寫明可以監工，但派人監工後卻不滿。
廚房裝完氣窗，說後續會洗洞，但最後還是只能拆氣窗、紗窗來裝排油煙管。
包商缺乏全盤規劃能力，不會提出解決方案，想到哪坐到哪，東補一塊、西補一塊，有多餘時間的屋主再考慮吧。
後記：
2019/8入住至2019/12不到四個月，不知道是廁所防水沒做好，還是進水冷熱水管沒接好，五樓廁所正下方開始大面積漏水，不停擴散，這品質對嗎？
2020/2月馬桶堵塞，新的水電師傅來看，翻開先前施工圖，發現排水管方向根本裝反，只能說外行只有被宰的份。
