打電話來不是詢問病人狀況，而是一直追問居服員幾點到幾點走，這是家屬該回答的嗎？
病人因為病情加劇必須轉往安養院，才剛進去當天下午督導就又問「是暫時住那還是以後都會在那」?，這是什麼問題，誰沒事會待在那呢？
貴公司明顯的讓家屬覺得非常的不被尊重，沒有喘息只有窒息。
建議公司讓這些只出嘴的先從居服員做起，更用心去體會。
