The toothbrush that was sent for repair and additional purchase explained to the customer service staff that only other items purchased at the same time could be found. The service staff has the attitude of coming to collect the debt. I understand that it is good to charge a maintenance fee to replace it with a new one, but I don't understand what the previous tone means.
