If fried rice is your thing then this is the place for you. Located in the former Dante Cafe on the corner of Bade Road, its easy for uber eats drivers and customers to park and pick up a takeout. You can order your fried rice in four different styles (original, szechuan, white pepper and black pepper) and pair it with a variety of proteins. (Unfortunately tofu wasn't one of the proteins as that would be really awesome, especially for vegetarians. I hope the owner is listening. Tofu would be a good protein choice to add). The rice is a bit undercooked (al dente) for my tastes, but many people like their rice on the tough and chewy side. It tasted much better for me on the next day when I reheated in the microwave with some water. If you like pepper, then you'll love the black pepper fried rice as it is very peppery. I can still tasted the pepper after taste as I write this review. The portions are large and can be easily shared for two, especially if you order some side dishes. They have a wide variety of side dishes for sale, but unfortunately did not have the three that I liked: marinated cucumber, tofu skin, and marinated eggs. Not a big deal, as you can get that from the noodle place next door. They also recently added fried noodles to their menu which I'm looking forward to trying.
