★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地理位置方便，雙捷運、雙和醫院，300公尺，樓下全聯，直上中和交流道及六四號。學區可走路上學，公設比低，生活機能讚，可能近雙和醫院，分區供電是H組，還想繼續住20～30年。我喜歡這裡，近一年碰到唯一困擾就是租客鄰居，任由小孩奔跑，可惜當年不重視樓板隔音，否則日光大道是個很好的住家環境。

I like it here. In the past year, the only trouble I have encountered is that the tenants and neighbors let the children run. Unfortunately, they did not pay attention to the sound insulation of the floor slabs. Otherwise, Sunlight Avenue would be a good home environment.
