真的不能說自己有吃過雞蛋糕
這真的會是這輩子吃過最好吃的雞蛋糕?
尤其是爆漿黃金流沙實在太好吃了?
烤得香香脆脆的外皮
使用米穀粉做成的蛋糕體
跟傳統蛋糕體會容易吸乾口水不一樣
米穀粉的口感是紮實但不硬~
不只是一般人喜歡
麩質過敏的人一定會很喜歡
每一口都可以吃得到米粉和蛋融合的香氣
爆漿黃金流沙的內餡真的像板娘提醒的
是真的會滿出來~
吃得時候一定要小心
鹹甜適中的流沙~配上會牽絲的麻糬
嘖嘖嘖~想到口水還是會留下來
