★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 抱歉我講的比較直接，售後服務真的有點不是太優，東西用不到兩週壞掉，聯繫了愛理不理，還得透過銷售平台的客服聯繫才回覆，最後還要客戶自己把東西寄回去換新品，這些來回我所花費的時間加金錢已經遠遠超過我所花費購買該產品的價格了。
如果是這樣做生意，貴公司可以直接表示該產品沒有保固，這樣我買了東西壞了我甘願一點。

After I contacted Ignore, I had to contact the customer service of the sales platform to reply. Finally, the customer had to bring the item by himself. Sending it back for a new product, the time and money I spent going back and forth has far exceeded the price I spent buying the product.
If you do this business, your company can directly state that the product does not have a warranty, so I am willing to buy something that breaks.
