在此店家消費已好一段時間,由於儲值5000元可以較優惠折扣且離公司也近,所以都一直用這樣的模式消費,但這次的消費經驗讓我決定退費不再延續。然冰凍三尺決非一日之寒~~~ 第一次出狀況是店家少給一件PO衫,卻直說沒有少給,直到我出示單據確認後在店裡找回沒有取件的衣服。店家還不承認有疏失,連一句道歉都沒有,衣服順利取回也就沒有再追究店家責任。 第二次是將襯衫遺失了,我不懂明明都是在店家洗滌的衣服又非外送工廠怎會遺失?店家處理賠償是用洗衣優惠價格乘上15倍,查詢了法規,行政院公佈之洗衣定型化契約第11條:衣物不能返還時之賠償金額……………洗衣費用為優惠價者,仍依無優惠價計算賠償數額乘上20倍。明明就規定原價乘以倍數,店家這樣不怕觸法嗎?另還發現法令規範店家若預收1000元以上之洗衣費,必須提供消費者履約保證……..等等,請問店家你提供了甚麼? 第三次是理智線斷線的狀況,一件Hazzys米色長褲因褲管下方噴到肉包子的油漬,特地請店家處理油漬。取件回家一看大傻眼,油漬仍在,且整件褲子被燙的到處都是白痕。店家卻說油漬洗不起來,水洗褲子的過程本就會對布料產生磨損。睜眼說瞎話……明明就是整燙過程未注意布料燙壞了,且也沒有針對油漬做專業處理,搞砸了就跟店家沒關係。依洗衣定型化契約第12條:衣物毀損時之賠償規定,店家你有在守法嗎?只會推卸責任。 總結:千錯萬錯都是我的錯,不應該貪小便宜圖方便,我認了。
