我他媽在繳費櫃檯等了20分鐘，你們的工作人員也沒有要到繳費櫃檯的意思
所以每天一直傳簡訊催我繳費等我要去繳費又不給我繳費的概念是？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看手機店員還蠻熱心的，但是今天服務人員實在太少了，導致對我服務的人員後來不能專注替我講解手機，他一直看左邊和前面。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2月在申辦服務時的門市人員不專業！他查出我有未繳款，我想知道是什麼樣的費用？但他卻回應他不知道，如果要查要到直營門市，結果我現場繳款當下他列印出來的收據就很清楚的註明費用項目，連中華電信線上客服確認其他問題時也是敷衍制式的回覆，與我幾年前還在使用中華電信時的專業都不一樣了

真的不懂員工訓練怎麼做的 續個約要跑三趟還沒搞好⋯問需要什麼證件 每個店員講的都不一樣^ ^
耍人很好玩嗎

I really don't understand how the staff training is done. I have to make three trips to renew an appointment and I haven't done it yet... Ask what documents are needed. Each clerk speaks differently ^ ^

The service is very good. Mr. Liao from the store and Mr. Peng, the maintenance engineer, are both great, friendly and professional! The mobile phone was sent for repair on the first night, and it was repaired and sent back in the afternoon of the third day. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日家母因有手機操作及通訊軟體資料移轉問題至門市詢問，人員告知除原本在店家購買產品可提供免費服務其餘服務皆需收費，我們也覺得合理，畢竟這是你們的專業，但門市人員對老人家的提問表現不耐煩外，後續也沒有完全解決問題，且費用仍照單全收，導致家母花了錢跟時間到門市後該解決的問題沒解決，還受了一肚子氣，我認為既然你們收了錢就該提供相應價值的服務，如果沒能力解決就把該有的態度拿出來，老人家本就需要比一般人多花一些時間跟心力去做解釋說明，如果你們當時沒有時間或者不想接客，大可直說，我們可另尋其他門市為我們提供服務，不必浪費彼此的時間，我認為此門市人員訓練有很大的空間需做加強，奉勸有看到此則評論的網友們，如家中長輩有通訊用品操作相關問題但並非在此門市購買的通訊用品，請斟酌前往諮詢，以免問題沒解決還受一肚子氣
