可惜你們的預約機制有點問題,我訂購商品後,客服打來協助預約更換地點跟時間,依照指定時間抵達更換商品,車台上滿車,那就等吧,可能是前個時段預約的客人,後來就這樣等到12點,我問了才知道我是預約客第一位,卻比來現場的客人還慢施工,那我不懂我提早一個禮拜預約要幹嘛?等了快三小時才搞定四顆輪胎!真的不太懂貴公司的預約機制是幹嘛用的!太瞎了!
