店面座位不多，老闆只有一人沒有助手
問了老闆辣度等級後，我點了「中辣中酸」是真的不會太辣...感覺是小辣而已
價位上依照附近價格算中間，牛肉紅薯粉100$
口水雞80$我覺得偏貴也不入味不推薦
紅薯粉蠻Q的個人蠻喜歡口感，份量上我覺得算不錯，肉、大腸、鴨血依照百元價位算可以，口味上覺得算一般大眾口味沒有特別出眾，但是真的份量還不錯啦！口水雞就免了

很有個性的老闆只有一人作業，需要耐心等候。10:30老闆正在準備，我會先打電話預訂，大概一小時再自取；建議避開餐期時間自取會比較好。

吃不慣紅薯粉，個人推薦綜合牛拉麵。酸辣度可調整，以女生來說～飽度ok，??好吃沒話說。

①環境整潔，內用位子多
②主食有白飯、拉麵、王子麵、寬冬粉、紅薯粉五種選擇，酸度辣度皆可客製化調整
③出餐速度超級快（不到五分鐘）
缺點：
①大腸小又少
②碗公很大看起來很澎派，但湯佔多數（60%），如果點紅薯粉當主食很快就餓了
結論：
嚐鮮即可，回訪機會低
