★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急著要印廣告用品,下訂付錢後上傳文件真的是惡夢的開始。一直審核一直不過,每次給一點點意見,一下動到刀模、一下文字未轉外框、最後又來個要降到CS6,我不懂為什麼一次給一點意見?我每次等你們審核過了幾個小時後說不行,然後重弄又不行,打客服根本也打不進去就一直退我,不是專業平面設計人員該死?為什麼不能直接幫我改,要多付錢就直接說我就多付,一直浪費別人時間到底在幹嘛?
網站上面紙製作要3天,結果審核了4天還不行,真的是有夠爛的公司。虧你們網站做的這麼漂亮,結果整個檔案審核機制和危機處理真的廢到笑。

It took 3 days to make the paper on the website, but it didn't work after 4 days of review. It really is a bad company. Thanks to your website for doing so beautifully, the entire file review mechanism and crisis management are really useless.

打電話給客服人員詢問紙質材質顏色相關問題,態度實在是非常非常非常的差,也完全沒有想要回答問題. 感覺好像打電話給他造成了他的負擔與困擾一樣. 問他當天交稿當天審核完畢是否可以三天拿到成品因為時間比較急,可能是覺得工作麻煩就敷衍帶過 讓我以為可以.
下單隔天網路上詢問客服為什麼交期會比預期的晚這麼多,也沒有得到好的態度。 我也說的很明白我只是希望可以在我需要名片的時間內拿到名片,也不一定要是三天內,只是有沒有辦法一起解決一個問題.
這是我第二次選用他們家來做名片,第一次感覺真的還不錯,很順利 也沒需要客服幫忙解決什麼 但是第二次因為材質上面的考量撥打電話過去詢問感覺真的實在太差了 後續處理訂單客服也是 可能真的很不愛自己的工作吧.
印刷功力真的不錯,下單也方便,價格也算合理,但真的希望能改善客服態度.
讓客人覺得自己好像非常錯誤幹蛤呢?客服的存在不就是幫助客人為客戶解決問題嗎?
整體來說還是推薦的,但就是別跟客服聯繫 真的會走心

The next day after placing the order, I asked the customer service why the delivery time was so much later than expected, and I didn't get a good attitude. I also made it very clear that I just hope that I can get the business card within the time I need it, not necessarily within three days, just whether there is a way to solve a problem together.
This is the second time I use their home as a business card. The first time I felt really good, it was very smooth and I didn't need customer service to help me. But the second time I called and asked because of the material. It felt really bad. After the follow-up processing of orders, customer service may also really dislike their work.
The printing skills are really good, the ordering is also convenient, and the price is reasonable, but I really hope to improve the customer service attitude.
How about making guests feel like they've gone terribly wrong? Isn't the existence of customer service to help customers solve problems for customers?
Overall it is recommended, but just don't contact customer service, you will really be distracted

錢轉帳過去後開始審稿拖延一週時間,
製作工期又拖好幾天,
打去客服詢問,果不其然如同大家評論般,
