天冷搭配熱醋飯很舒服，生魚片與醋飯一起入口有不同於一般丼飯的溫順感
可惜山葵稍嫌不足，這次不輸二男了，個人感受更好一些。
能訂位不用排隊很方便

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 單點鮭魚生魚片($220)跟鮭魚親子丼($380)的鮭魚都非常難咬，咬起來像筋一樣咬不太動，不知道這是部位問題還是師傅刀功問題？個人不喜歡這種口感
生魚片丼飯醬油淋很多，味道很重，海苔絲會黏在生魚片上個人也覺得很不搭，附的味噌湯味道很淡
鹽燒干貝握壽司($140)應該是我點錯了，本來以為是炙燒，但好像是加了奶油調味，味道很重，跟預想的味道很不一樣?
特A海膽握壽司($280)很好吃，沒有腥味，是我今天吃到唯一滿意的一道
The single-order salmon sashimi ($220) and salmon parent-child bowl ($380) are both very hard to bite. They bite like tendons and don't move. I don't know if it's a part problem or the chef's knife skills. I personally don't like the taste
The sashimi rice bowl is drizzled with a lot of soy sauce, and the taste is very strong. The seaweed will stick to the sashimi.
The salt-grilled scallop nigiri ($140) must have been ordered wrong. I thought it was grilled, but it seems to be seasoned with cream.
Special A Sea Urchin Nigiri Sushi ($280) is delicious and has no fishy smell. It is the only one I am satisfied with today.

鮭魚比較普通，而且很多筋沒有挑斷，所以不好分口吃
比目魚油脂豐富，內有紫蘇葉解膩
內用座位約莫10個，建議打電話先預訂比較保險

餐點的部分，炙燒鮭魚味道很香，吃起來熟度不會過熟也不會太生恰到好處，比目魚鰭邊肉油脂豐富，吃起來入口即化，油旗魚吃起來厚實且有一半是炙燒的烹調方式，可以吃到兩種不同口感，而整體餐點的價格比一般日式料理店再稍微高一些。值得一提的是當天訂位時間是19:30，前一組客人超過用餐時間30分鐘，導致我們20:00才入內用餐，心情本來相當不愉快，但老闆招待了一瓶sapporo黑標生啤酒以及小罐的日本可樂，表達歉意，實在是相當會做生意，下次有機會會再回訪。

It is worth mentioning that the reservation time on the day was 19:30. The previous group of guests exceeded the meal time by 30 minutes, which led us to dine in at 20:00. The mood was quite unpleasant, but the boss served a bottle of sapporo black label draft beer.
