★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 疫情期間不能在診間候診可以體諒，但下午大太陽，頂著36度艷陽，也驗過光了，只等醫生看報告，現場也剩沒幾個候診，眼看應該也快輪到我們了，小孩整個被曬到受不了，問小姐能否先讓小孩進去後診太熱了，卻仍然被拒絕，可以理解疫情期間避免群聚，但室內候診區已經完全都沒人了，小孩整個被曬到受不了，提早個5-10分鐘先進去候診，卻完全無法通融（現場室外候診只有3組人馬左右）如果不是熱到受不了也不會提出想先進室內的要求，卻被強硬拒絕，真的滿不舒服的，希望能有所彈性調整

I asked the lady if it was too hot to let the child in, but she was still rejected. It is understandable to avoid gatherings during the epidemic, but the indoor waiting area is completely empty, and the child is exposed to the sun. I couldn’t stand it, I went to the waiting room 5-10 minutes early, but it was totally unaccommodating (there were only about 3 groups of people waiting outside the room). If it’s not too hot to stand, I wouldn’t make a request to advance indoors, but I was strongly rejected. Is uncomfortable, I hope it can be adjusted flexibly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因疫情期間，能理解要遵守一進一出規則，感覺只是貼了公告，排在外面的患者就要自行理解遵守，只要多問都會受到不耐煩的口氣。
也許每間診所方式都不同，但該診所連一進門，酒精量體溫及詢問旅遊史皆沒有，護士全在裡頭閒話家常，就連檢查時也在聊天。
感覺護士仗著防疫規定而態度傲慢，對其他患者的語氣也不佳。請多一點耐心解說及同理心吧!!!
During the epidemic, I can understand that the one-in-one-out rule must be followed. It feels like just posting an announcement. Patients who are ranked outside must understand and abide by themselves. If they ask more, they will feel impatient.
Maybe every clinic has a different approach, but the clinic doesn’t even take alcohol, temperature, and travel history when you enter the clinic. The nurses are all gossiping in it, even chatting during the check-up.
I feel that the nurse is arrogant in accordance with the epidemic prevention regulations, and has a bad tone to other patients. Please be more patient and empathetic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看診人很多，等待區域擁擠！很多是做視力檢查！待診時會比較吵雜！看診時診間門是開放式所以待診區聲音會影響看診時聽醫生說明！
張醫生說明詳細，櫃檯人員也很親切！看診後等待拿健保卡時間較久，一直等喊名字拿回健保卡即可拿藥，後面看診的人都已拿藥，詢問櫃台小姐原來健保卡一直在桌上，因看診人數多也忘了喊名字！還好主動詢問不至於又多浪費時間！

I have been waiting for the name to get back the health insurance card to get the medicine. People who see the doctor later have already taken the medicine. Ask the lady at the counter that the health insurance card has been on the table because of the large number of doctors. I forgot to call my name too! Fortunately, asking actively will not waste any more time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的是爛到爆3點到 也有約診到就去排隊 等了很久就跟櫃台說人太多了 我們在外面等 回我們好 我們也在外面盯著號碼電視重頭到尾沒有我們的號碼，白等了兩個小時浪費時間重頭到尾沒看到我們的號碼出現在電視螢幕上！一顆星都不想給
