★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鍋貼煎的好噁心，點了15個焦掉的有10個，其他分店都不會這樣，希望火候控制可以多多加強。
The fried pot stickers are disgusting. I ordered 15 of them and 10 of them were burnt. This is not the case in other branches. I hope the heat control can be strengthened more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在現場點外帶，在店門口等待，結果餐點做好很久也沒有叫我取餐，事後解釋是一開始點成電話取餐。
但我從頭到尾都在櫃檯前等待，若不是自己去問，不知道要站多久。
I ordered takeout on the spot and waited at the door of the store. As a result, the meal was ready for a long time and I was not called to pick up the meal. Afterwards, it was explained that I ordered the meal by phone at the beginning.
But I waited in front of the counter from start to finish. If I didn't ask myself, I don't know how long I would have to stand.

反應給客服 也只是官方說法
上市上櫃的公司 竟然如此草率
令人氣憤!!
