★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫師態度超差（口氣非常不好），忘記帶健保卡就說無法評估是否有出國，又說都沒帶口罩，拒絕看診，拜託~沒帶健保卡這點我可以接受，沒帶口罩進診所不能看，這是什麼規定，先生，我們是看牙科戴口罩怎麼看啦！第一次一顆星評價就給你了啦！差勁！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前去過附近的佳楷和嘉銳洗牙，都被醫師的態度雷到，這次改去錫安，覺得醫師非常專業又細心，邊洗牙的同時會邊做衛教，也會警告洗到哪邊時可能會比較痛，還洗出之前在別的診所洗牙時，根本沒被洗到的古老「黑色」牙結石，不禁懷疑以前遇到的醫師洗牙到底多隨便？！另外，之前在其他診所洗牙時遇到的醫師都不會主動處理其他牙齒問題，錫安的醫師主動幫忙補牙，真的覺得牙齒交給他很放心～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃台的阿胰超沒耐心 態度惡劣 很槽糕 爛透了 醫生很不專業 態度也十分的差 牙齒沒看到也就算了 還惹的一頓不爽 爛爛爛爛爛
希望不要再有人去這間牙科受氣 希望他們不要在開了
如果沒有用心要看診 ˋ就不要開了 沒人喜歡這種態度差的醫生 再厲害的醫生 如果沒有一顆替病患著想的心 是不可能幫助到病人的

對現場等一個小時的人而言，真的很糟糕！還不覺得自己有問題！

醫生問有沒有超過半年，我說有，詢問這些是沒有問題的。但因爲手邊有帶寵物籃，醫生看到接著說「妳先把那個處理掉再進來。」
「把那個處理掉」？
我接受寵物不能進診所的規定就離開了，這是衛生問題不希望造成困擾，但我認為說話方式非常不妥。
我可以回家安置好寵物再來掛號，只是醫生說話方式令我感到不適。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛才6點半去的時候，一個男的告訴我說 ”我們現在是晚餐休息時間吔” （很不耐煩的口吻）我問他說休到幾點？他說”7點”。然後我離開之後Google發現他們網路上寫他們5點半就停止營業。所以搞不清楚為什麼他們牙科的營業燈跟門都是開著？

Very bad doctor. Hong Kong people don't even look at it. They just say that they have to pay first before they are willing to do it. What a shit doctor, they will charge money if they don't know, otherwise they will call me home and advise everyone not to come.
