拜託做網購寄退貨之類的不要再跟他們合作了，跟語言問題完全無關，mail來回幾百次都一樣...
The customer service doesn’t know what they are doing. They can’t communicate at all. They speak both Chinese and English. Calling will only waste time and call charges. Everything ends up being lost to the driver. It’s really bad...
Please stop cooperating with them for online shopping and returning goods. It has nothing to do with the language problem. Mail back and forth hundreds of times is the same...

導致包裹只能被退回，請公司調通話紀錄也不願意
只會說:「當時司機包裹那麼多，哪記得那麼清楚」來搪塞公司失誤 :)
那為什麼沒有記清楚，沒有轉達清楚ㄋ
最後甚至將責任怪在客戶身上，這種服務態度也真的是讓人大開眼界ㄌ

Just say: "The driver had so many packages at the time, how can I remember it so clearly" to prevaricate the company's mistakes :)

話說，服務員服務還算勉強可以。
