★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who love braised pork rice, u just come to the right place. And if u can take spice, then u r in paradise. If only rate its rice, I guess 3 and half will be the score at top. The signature pepper sauce earns the half additional star for Chen. The sauce is basically made out of fired pepper and dried baby fish. It gives not just rice but almost every dishes the final magic touch. Don't take its wrong. It also tastes good without the pepper sauce, but u know the taste of BBQ without beer....the only thing I dislike Chen is it doesn't serve the sauce in each table. U will need to fight for it with other tables.....
