因為家裡頂樓偏鞘，拉線安裝極為危險，纜線數據機又有問題，導致安裝過程整整超過預估的2小時，態度極為認真，但是突發狀況過於龐大，導致後面預約客戶無法如期過去，但問題無法解決，後續客戶又一直電話催促，因訊號不佳，被誤認安裝人員拒接電話，要極力退租，但我們看在當下真的很為這位安裝人員叫屈，希望貴公司能處理好這位後續客戶的客訴問題，真的不是安裝人員的問題，是我們家太難安裝了。

However, we really feel sorry for the installer at the moment. I hope your company can handle it. Well, this follow-up customer's complaint is really not the problem of the installer, but it is too difficult to install in our house.
