★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工作人員專業態度非常非常差勁
家裡要補做地板，所以去選購瓷磚，卻沒提醒選到的是「牆壁用的壁磚」！
被來施工的師傅提醒後，詢問店家是否真的是壁磚，卻收到來電劈頭口氣很差的說「我以為你知道啊！也是有人買壁磚當地磚用啊！」
身為一個專業店家不是就該提點客戶嗎？
而且當初也有事先說是要做地板，也提供了照片。一般沒接觸過的當然不懂這些差別，所以只選了顏色。
詢問店家時也只是想再次確認，並沒有要責怪的意思，只是希望他們也許下次能提醒客戶。
然而卻收到這樣的回電，實在是讓人心寒.....
希望未來服務態度與專業能加強

As a professional store, shouldn't you give some customers some advice?
Moreover, it was stated in advance that the floor was to be made, and photos were also provided. Of course, those who haven't been exposed to these differences don't understand these differences, so I only chose the color.
When I asked the store, I just wanted to reconfirm it. I didn’t mean to blame it. I just hope that they may remind the customer next time.
However, it is really chilling to receive such a reply...
