客服口氣是不差,但很顯然公司和施工師傅間就是個很鬆散的外包關係。基本上只有通知沒有管理功能。也不是硬逼師傅要何時來,也沒有要師父確定何時來,甚至說部分可以先給裝潢做,剩下時間隨便,更甚問是不是沒辦法安排時間。 就只是要有個答復讓人好辦事而已。結果硬要業主傳簡訊給他,他再說N天後再說什麼時候要來。 結果再來放鳥兼封鎖業主,真無言了。

自從換了新表後基本費比使用的瓦斯費還高,還會誆騙你說是政府規定要更換的,每次來檢查瓦斯漏氣根本隨便檢查,瓦斯漏氣雞掰年一直到我換錶才被測出有漏氣,自從換表成功後, ,我才他媽換1年而已還老舊你老母! 沒有電子帳單真的很不方便也不連動其他繳費平台,很容易沒去翻信箱漏掉繳費單,這次過個年回來連催繳單都逾期,以為每個人都會無聊去翻信箱,逾期就算了連線上繳費都不行還要臨櫃,從平台到使用者感受都很不友善

預約週二下午裝錶 預約時說前一天下午會有人聯絡當天裝錶時間 週一下午三點半打電話確認 客服說要傍晚五六點才會有人打電話跟我確認 晚間七點半還是沒接到電話 打回公司客服已下班 接線的是緊急技術人員 叫我隔天早上八點過後再打不知道在兇幾點 Ps 看業主回覆表示這公司根本抓不到重點zzzz

我是被樓下火災波及的受災戶,昨天(1/31)貴司因火災已來關瓦斯管線,但卻沒有看樓上管線是否也有問題就走了,我當下聯絡值班人員對方口氣很差,還說那不需要檢查只是燻黑而已(左上方塑膠蓋已經融斷掉)了,電話中執意請查管線人員來處理,卻要求檢驗要費用當下也答應,一直都沒等到電話也沒人來。隔天(2/1)再次聯絡值班人員卻回覆未交接相關訊息。這間公司服務很差口氣也差,這已經關係到整層住戶公共安全問題而不單是個人住戶問題。
