★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看完了評價 我也終於知道為什麼會有這樣的服務了 今天用外送訂了飲料 喝起來像水 本來不想給予負評 所以打去了店家反應 因為今天下大雨 沒辦法前往領取,店家竟然告知我那就直接反映到外送平台....我真的蠻傻眼的 這樣的服務真的是不敢苟同,連一句道歉都沒有,貴公司的飲料也不是很便宜,我真的是不敢領教了
 After reading the evaluation, I finally know why there is such a service. I ordered a drink today and it tastes like water. I didn’t want to give a negative review, so I called the store to respond because it was raining today and I couldn’t go to pick it up. The store actually told me that It is directly reflected on the delivery platform...I am really dumbfounded. I really don't agree with this service. I don't even have an apology. Your company's drinks are not very cheap. I really don't dare to appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次到一家那麼差勁的大苑子 uber eats&panda接單接爆量 櫃檯二個女的pos機二台好像也不太會按 在那邊艘草 反倒是我們現場客人在排隊不聞不問 也沒招呼說等一下什麼的 後來對方不太開心問說可以點餐沒 後方男士才說先接現場客 真的是爛爆了 一顆星都不想給 延和路那家態度好多了！！
The first time I went to a uber eats&panda that was so bad, I took orders at the counter, and the two female POS machines didn’t seem to be very good at holding the grass over there. On the contrary, our on-site guests were queuing and didn’t ask and did not greet them. After saying wait for something, the other party was not very happy and asked that he could order the food and there was no back. The man said that first picking up the on-site customer was really bad and he didn't want to give Yanhe Road a much better attitude! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 絕對不要點這一家的外送，一小時後才收得到飲料，打電話過去也是只會態度很差說要不然取消單子，但是現場都已經接單，請問我要怎麼取消？5/7 12：30訂的單子我一小時後才收到 我是都不用做事等單子就飽了？？？？
下午1：12分打電話進去接電話的小姐，真的是非常的沒水準，也不懂得說抱歉，以後再也不會點這家的飲料了！
Absolutely don't order this restaurant's delivery. You don't receive the drink until an hour later. If you make a call, you will only have a bad attitude and say you will cancel the order, but the order has already been accepted on the spot. How can I cancel it? The order I ordered at 12:30 on 5/7 did not arrive until an hour later. Do I have to wait for the order to be full without doing anything? ? ? ?
The lady who called in at 1:12 pm to answer the phone was really unprofessional and didn't know how to say sorry. I will never order drinks from this restaurant again!
