位於新北土城人氣火雞肉飯店，共有兩家分店，本次嚐鮮時間為土城中央店，每到用餐時間總是人潮眾多，店內用餐空間乾淨整潔，內用座位空間尚可！

。火雞肉飯

白飯為粒粒分明的類型，不會過於軟爛及過乾的情形，加上火雞肉塊及肉汁及雞油的搭配，吃起來非常好吃！
火雞肉塊吃起來不會過柴，帶有些許肉汁與白飯搭配吃非常香！
雞油及醬汁略帶點甜的口感，但不至於過甜。

火雞肉切成片狀，搭配醬汁及薑絲吃，肉片不柴帶點軟嫩，醬汁也不會過鹹，可惜稍微切的較薄，比較無法嚐出厚實的口感！

個人非常喜歡的一道餐點，店內的白菜滷不會太鹹，吃的到白菜本身的甜味，再搭配蝦米。豆皮等提鮮！

使用一般的板豆腐，讓吃起來的口感是屬於滑順型的，搭配滷汁一起吃，鹹中帶有Q攤口感，味道不會太鹹或過油。

店內的冷滷味，耳朵吃起來富有彈性，吃起來也非常爽脆，醬汁味道調整尚可，不會過甜！

整體用餐感覺良好，店內出餐速度很快，每到用餐時間總是人潮洶湧，但份量上較少一點點，喜歡的同學可以參考看看。

但以外的品項都是一般
然後若是能夠熱騰騰的就會更好吧

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土城在地老牌火雞肉飯，火雞肉飯還可以，醬汁偏甜，但炸雞腿飯有點不太行。可能是怕不熟，所以炸比較久。外皮較黑、硬。
假日有營業
The old-fashioned turkey rice in Tucheng, the turkey rice is ok, the sauce is too sweet, but the fried chicken leg rice is not good. Maybe it's because it's not cooked, so it takes a long time to fry it. The outer skin is dark and hard.
