★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食物優秀沒啥可挑剔；只是老闆娘和員工們一但忙起來，每個人都像無頭蒼蠅一樣，分工就會亂了套(煎檯去招呼客人，老闆娘製作產品，原本該製作產品的跑去煎檯)變成沒有SOP也沒有流水線了，再加上店內陳設的動線不是很好(飯糰要跑很遠去製作)，總之盼望能再提高效率。
The food is excellent, nothing to be faulty; but once the boss and the employees are busy, everyone is like a headless fly, and the division of labor will be messed up. (Frying table) has no SOP and no assembly line, and the moving lines of the store's furnishings are not very good (rice balls have to run far to make), in short, I hope to improve efficiency.
