★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我超愛吃大腸蚵仔麵線，這家是我的最愛，料多味美，不黏稠，加上特製辣醬，更是美味。真的值得大力推薦。土城在地知名小吃。
I love to eat large intestine and oyster noodles. This one is my favorite. The ingredients are delicious and not sticky. With the special spicy sauce, it is even more delicious. Really highly recommended. A well-known local snack in Tucheng.

麵線口味非常標準且普通，不說特別好吃，也不會不好吃，在鍋內的看起來有點勾芡太重，但在碗裡吃時很快水解，濃稠度剛剛好
桌上蒜泥、辣醬兩種跟烏醋，蒜泥烏醋必加，辣醬看人，但真的挺辣，不要加太多，沒什麼香氣
排隊人很多，但速度也很快，不必擔心
態度我覺得沒什麼，小店鋪也談不上服務，點餐送餐該有的都有，前面評論的聊天八卦我是沒遇到
總之，適合快速解餓當點心吃，方便迅速，若是正餐的話，旁邊有更多元的選擇

外場人員收拾餐具後
擦拭桌面很遼草
桌面還是很油
內用時需要練一下臂力
因爲桌面真的很髒
不敢碰到桌面@@

滷豬皮好吃，處理的很乾淨，單吃偏鹹。
然後整個用餐環境充斥著大姐們大聲的對話，有點吵雜

2、最近漲價了，料蠻多的（大腸、蚵仔、肉羹）
3、麵線好吃，但稍微水一點點。
4、豬皮滷的入味軟嫩。泡菜也很輕爽入味。個人比較推薦大腸很入味。
5、辣椒夠辣夠香。
6、門口可稍微臨停汽車。
