刺身沒有到非常的新鮮
女員工在製作小火鍋時，徒手伸進去衣服裡抓了一下左肩膀（可能是抓肩帶），後來沒洗手 徒手抓了蔬菜放入鍋裡，又再徒手伸進右肩膀那邊（可能肩帶掉了 又抓了肩帶），又去抓菜放入鍋裡，這製作過程完全沒擦手跟洗手，我知道日本料理店幾乎都是徒手製作食材，但這樣也太不衛生了，後來真的不敢吃，完全吃不下

少一顆的原因鰻魚不是現烤的，所以它的油脂不會流到飯裡面。味增湯順口又不會很濃烈。
老闆很親切過程還先切一個生魚片給我們品嚐?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛好到土城附近，看到此家店評價頗高，而且想吃生魚片，午餐時間也就來用餐，因一些專業用詞錯誤，還被冷酷老闆糾正一下，呵呵。
點了小胭脂鮭魚丼飯，超讚的CP值，而且老闆怕我吃不夠，還先幫忙飯量加大，吃得超過癮啊！ 重點還可以續飯+續湯⋯
另外還點了一份烤牛小排，覺得就還可以普通，味增湯較清淡。
老闆外表比較冷淡嚴肅，但確實是一個好聊天客氣的人，店內座位不多，用餐時間陸續都有饕客上門呢！
