Yongning MRT Station is just 10 minutes away; the surrounding environment is wide and the road is wide enough; there are 7-11 downstairs, Amo Cake Coffee Flagship Store, another cafe and fukurou360 bakery. Most of the roadside parking spaces are deactivated by the surrounding company/factory staff, and the MRT parking lot can be considered.

Near the Yongning MRT station, a relatively new park originally wanted to say that the environment should be good. But I was disappointed when I went in for the following reasons 1. Poor air-conditioning: July passed, I thought the air-conditioning was broken that day and it was still hot when entering the lobby. I asked the counter and said that the air conditioner is fine! But because the unloading area is open, heat will come in. Go upstairs and the central air conditioner in the company is really weak. It's good to have a small independent air conditioner when you enter the meeting room, so it is better to have it when it is turned on. I can only say that people who are not afraid of heat can accept the air conditioner here. 2. Poor layout: It has been pre-divided into different blocks, and the same company may be split into several different blocks. The toilet is public and simple. 3. The surrounding air is poor: because there are construction and factories nearby, it is dusty... I can only say that the layout inside is more like a factory, not comparable to commercial buildings in Taipei...
