湯頭有中藥香，中藥味濃度中等偏淡，有明顯辣味，初始入喉會有點燒燒的感覺，對喜愛吃辣的人來說還不錯；拉麵麵體有點Q，不算太有嚼勁；牛肉肉質軟嫩，表現不錯。
