服務超差、東西品質又差,強烈建議大眾不要購買,我自己是再也不會光顧。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為家裡用了20幾年的分離式冷氣的室外機壞了,也先請教過專業人士,專業人士初段評估說是IC控制面板壞掉,請原廠再來評估會比較好,才找了貴公司。
想先跟貴公司說明幾個關於服務上的問題:
1、首先找不到我們家的地址也就算了,還自認為是我們給錯地址。
2、我們只是詢問有沒有清洗冷氣機的服務,工程師傅直接劈頭說沒時間,讓客戶的感受極差,我們當然也知道師傅很忙,但是沒辦法做到一個和善客觀的回答基本上服務就會被扣分了。
3、師傅因為要檢查室外機而移動到其他的家電,最後也沒幫我們復原。
4、師傅不小心把我們家的東西摔在地上,其中還有易碎物,雖然沒破掉,卻一句道歉都沒說,還眼睜睜的看著我去撿。
綜觀以上,雖然是服務上的問題,但是希望貴公司能對這方面再更嚴謹跟加強一些,我想這也是能讓客戶信賴貴公司的最主要原因吧。
再來是專業能力的問題:
我不曉得實際的操作流程為何,雖然機齡已久,照理來說,我們冷氣機的型號已經提前先給貴公司知道了,備料以及材料還有沒有繼續生產的部分我想早就可以提前先知道了吧?怎麼會到府上搬動檢查完才發現沒料,也不查證,直接就說換新的?這樣只會讓客戶覺得師傅懶得修,再加上前面那些態度問題,師傅的專業能力很難不讓人被起疑。
希望貴公司能多加強這一塊,不要因為這一部分沒管理好而讓公司信譽下降,謝謝。

I do n’t know what the actual operation process is. Although the machine is old, the model of our air conditioner has been known to your company in advance. This will only make the client feel that the master is too lazy to repair, coupled with the previous attitude issues, the professional ability of the master is difficult to avoid being suspected.
