想說外面那麼熱
就不要去我之前常去那間診所
改在家樓下走路會到
土城診所
醫生人很好
但護士會讓人很想飆罵XO
抽血是屬於侵略性
護士應該是很專業才對
我遇到很不專業護士
抽血醫護人員是不能跟同事聊天嬉笑才對
她是不知道她講話嬉笑會抖動
病人這邊是會很痛嗎…

打電話去詢問是否有莫德那第二劑 接電話的人員態度非常惡劣 就算沒有疫苗可以打也不該這樣對待民眾

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫師在有其他病患在現場時，講出其他病患「之前」在其他院所就診的紀錄，笑笑的講出來，令人傻眼，非常不尊重個人隱私，此狀況相當不像開業如此久的診所會有的行為，非常失望，非常不專業的行為

證所有持續的幫我們安排並且施打疫苗，
還有提前‘教育’我們關於疫苗的小知識，
每一批大概7-8人一起施打，
氣氛好 也不擁擠
非常貼心詢問我們打完疫苗的狀況。
而且完全不會有痛痛的感覺！（原本怕得要死）護士技術真的讚(´▽｀)
感謝各位醫療人員的幫助 台灣更好更好??

「先聲明 本人已經快篩三次都陰性」
事情經過 -
一早剛開門 九點我就到現場掛號排隊
我是現場掛號的第二位
進診所量體溫 現場有兩個人同時一直和我說話
而且態度非常差 我身體已經很不舒服
我很難當下同時聽兩個人說話
似乎我沒辦法專心聽他們說話是我的錯一樣
因為我量體溫發燒 那位小姐什麼也沒說
只和我講 ：「發燒去隔壁」
我當下其實不太理解什麼叫做「發燒去隔壁」
我自己理解是 我發燒怕傳染所以到隔壁等候
隔壁現場只有椅子的房間
看起來是讓人等候的空間
現場看起來沒有任何麥克風或是喇叭
是和隔壁診間有任何連通的電子設備
我怕叫到我 我沒聽到
所以我到門口戶外等候
當天真的很熱 我身體也很不舒服
等了二十分鐘 終於叫到我了
我進醫師的診間
結果醫師和我說 ：「你不是發燒嗎？去隔壁」
所以我又再一次被趕出診間
等了五分鐘後
我詢問櫃台人員說：「請問我在等什麼」
那位小姐回我：「等醫生看診啊」
我心想 難道我是在排口罩嗎？
事情經過到了半個小時
我一直在門口曬太陽
這段時間我前面已經有「三個人先進去診間了」
我實在沒有耐心 身體也非常不適詢問櫃台
：「請問我不是第二個人來的嗎？為什麼還沒輪到我？」
那位小姐回我：「醫師在開藥」
我再詢問：「所以我要等多久」
那位小姐走進去診間對醫師不耐煩的說
：「欸他一直問」
當下我就非常不開心了
難道我站在外面曬太陽
等了半個小時 問什麼時候到我看診不應該嗎？
我就說我不看了 請退我錢和健保卡
離開現場 讓我曬了35分鐘的太陽
浪費我35分鐘的時間
1.我在等候的時間 都在櫃台的視線內
我也不知道你在忙什麼 就坐在位子上
你也沒有任何一句慰問
2.你們一開門我就掛號了
難道櫃台人員掛號後醫師看不見有病人嗎
你明知道病人發燒你卻讓病人等這麼久？
3.前面第一位看診早已看完離開
為什麼有兩個人可以插隊先領藥？
4.就我理解 有兩位來領藥 就代表說他們已經先前來過現場了
為什麼他們的順序會排在當下發燒病人的前面？
5.明知道病人發燒不舒服 卻讓病人等那麼久
這間診所 能為病人做什麼⋯⋯？
6.從頭到尾這裡的人員口氣都非常非常差
我也不是閒閒沒事才打這長篇大論
不過要來這間診所看診的人請三思
