官網是到10:30但這家是工廠只到下午5:30
自行送衣來的時候，也不告知只有到下午5:30
而且禮拜二來送洗也不告知下午5:30下班
當天我還特地拜託幫我趕一下禮拜四下午拿到衣服，商家也答應，禮拜五需要穿到，也留了電話
到了禮拜四下午1點多過去詢問再確認下午會過去拿衣服，當天也沒跟我告知到下午5:30
打電話給衣堡卻說那間是工廠，連聲說抱歉
抱歉有用嗎？有留電話至少打個電話通知，都沒有。真的很誇張。

Sorry is it useful? There are at least one phone call to inform, but none. It's really exaggerated.
