★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老農劉先生實在，用此處的竹根山泉泡茶可甘甜了，他家的綠竹笋好吃，聽說北台灣只有此處有採用有機農法，吃的口感像梨子般細膩，一定要事先預約，當天清早採摘中午吃最好，隔天用就可惜了！
Mr. Liu, the old farmer, is really sweet with the bamboo root spring here. The green bamboo shoots of his family are delicious. I heard that there is only organic farming method in North Taiwan. The taste of eating is as delicate as a pear. You must make an appointment in advance. It is best to pick it at noon early in the morning, but it is a pity to use it the next day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 劉家庄竹林四賢是一個很棒的山林小居，尤其是劉媽媽竹筍料理更是美味，有別於一般泡過藥水的筍子非常鮮美，第一手現摘鮮筍相當清脆美味，山林中那取之不盡的芬多精更是讓人神清氣爽，古老帶有歷史韻味的祖厝在綠意氛圍中更是違和感，謝謝劉家庄的招待，期待下次再見^_^
