豆腐本身炸的酥酥脆脆之外呢～
我個人外帶回去的吃法是這樣：
1.準備一個大碗公
2.先倒進去臭豆腐
???接下來是重要步驟???
3.泡菜鋪在底下，然後～
把豆腐許多大孔洞的區域朝上
再從上而下倒入那包特調辣醬
使其充分吸收醬汁入味???
4.連同泡菜一起用筷子夾起來送入口中
5.這樣每一口都吃的到濃。純。香☺️
特調辣醬+剛好適量的泡菜
簡直是絕配呀！！！
最好再配上橋頭那間飲料店的咖啡凍奶茶
香甜+Q彈的口感
蹦出新滋味???
