★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡的環境很不錯，樓下有中庭、遊戲室、健身房和游泳池，對面就是臺北大學，周圍有很多地方可以買吃的，還有三峽老街，很適合全家人一起去逛逛，喜歡爬山的朋友，可以去附近的鴛山、滿月圓和大板根，對藝術有興趣的人，只要開車不到十分鐘，就可以到李梅樹紀念館了，生活機能很不錯。
 The environment here is very good. There is an atrium, a game room, a gym and a swimming pool downstairs. It is opposite to Taipei University. There are many places to buy and eat around. There is also Sanxia Old Street. Friends, you can go to the nearby Yuanshan Mountain, Full Moon Circle and Big Bangen. Those who are interested in art can go to the Li Meishu Memorial Hall in less than ten minutes by car. The life function is very good.
