The worship of the Three Mountain Kings originated during the Japanese Occupation. From the three-mountain Kings of Sanshan Zhen'an Temple in Yilan to Ankeng, the new temple was completed in 2014 and renamed Guangling Temple.

The Guangling Temple was formerly known as the King of Sanshan Temple. It originated from the early years of the Taisho period during the Japanese rule. The people in the small hidden pit in the Ankeng area of ​​the Three Gorges flooded the Jinshui area and worked as a brave man in the Niutou area of ​​Sanxing Township, Yilan. Ling Biyou (later verified as San'an Township Zhen'an Palace), he brought back the incense bag, because Hong Jinshui was engaged in tea-picking work at the Zhou family in Penny, and the incense bag was hung in the Zhou Family Hall for worship. At that time, the villagers came to ask King Sanshan for medicine and doubts because of the dilemma. Because of the inspiration of the divine power, there were more believers. At that time, the "prince of princes" descended and led the believers to the mountain to obtain the head of the camphor tree buried underground. The process was magical and the head of the camphor tree was carved into the statue of King Kaiji. In 83 years of the Republic of China (1994 AD), the "Peace Society" proposed to build a temple and set up a preparatory committee. It was initiated by Li Neng, Li Xizhen, and others. Zhou Xiren and others donated land. Finally, in the 89th year of the Republic of China (2000 AD (16 years). Construction began. After 16 years, the Republic of China (2013 AD) was registered with the Ministry of the Interior as the “Three Gorges and Three Kings Temple.” It was completed at the end of the Republic of China (2016 AD) and placed in the fire seat. The temple name was also changed to "Three Gorges Guangling Temple". ". The Three Gorges Guangling Temple is a building with five front rooms, including left and right shelters. The three main shrines in the main hall worship the king of Sanshan. The three deities in the town hall are the second king, and the small statue in front of the second king is the second king of Kaiji. It is an idol carved from a camphor tree in the tenth year of the Republic of China (1931 AD) .
