到家後，撥打服務電話，卻又要求我，需打另一個6636開頭的室內電話，一開頭，電話留言即為富邦產險，足足忙線了半個多小時，要嘛要你等候，要嘛直接自己主張決定，把你的電話掛斷。不人性很官僚，不需要貴公司的服務了。
