醫生跟打針護士都很有耐心及親切。 但是那個櫃檯小姐可能之前是討債的,態度不耐煩,問問題先修理你,忘記填東西把你當白癡。 一轉頭跟旁邊同事聊天馬上嘻嘻哈哈,情緒轉換技術非常的高超,比較適合去演八點檔。 去過三四次依然無改善。

五顆星給醫生,親切有耐心 一顆星給一個黑髮圈綁馬尾戴眼鏡的護理師 問問題愛理不理 對小孩沒溫度 不夠喜歡孩子為什麼還要選小兒科 打針很粗魯 也不懂安撫孩子 只會一直下口令 相比之下之前短髮的護理師顯得親切許多。

已經很多次帶孩子在這裡看診了,這家小兒科醫師好/親切/耐心,護理師大多很不錯,和善/親切,但是昨天晚上因為記錯看診號碼,進診所詢問(現在候診都在大門外),診所門也不是開著,而是需要按壓才會開啟,所以"隔音"效果很好,當我後來入內詢問時已經過號了..當下為我記錯號碼有點愧疚,但是昨晚(4/21)2位櫃台其中一位講說剛剛一直喊孩子名字,喊的很大聲..之類的,有點忘了她說的話,但是意思是已經喊了很多次,很大聲...頓時原本的愧疚感一掃而空,是被話語惹起的不爽!!我想這位護士就是嘴快,不會說話~~今天的男女護理師就很不錯!!請謝醫師要多注意員工素質,不要逼好客人變成壞客人 (貴診所隔音很好,單靠醫生喊病人名字,真的聽不清楚)
