店內是男藥師(也許是老闆)每次去態度相當親切，十分專業，找東西還是諮詢都會很細心給予實質建議，而一位女藥師常常去找東西都覺得她是否心情不好，客氣詢問但語氣回覆感覺很差，語氣中似乎沒耐性，很像是不是客人來找東西發問讓她不開心...所以，每次進門前都要先看一下今天是哪位藥師，避免影響心情:'(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/24那天下著大雨，因為確診沒有親友幫忙拿藥，視訊看診後就透過北大藥局送藥到家門口，一開始覺得視訊掛號難掛政府app難用又排不到清冠一號，身體不舒服加上確診的焦慮，對疫情有許多累積的抱怨……但聽到電話裡溫和有禮的聲音說「您好，我是梁藥師，幫你把藥放門口」全部的抱怨都沒了，除了感動外還有一點慚愧，原來社會上有很多更辛苦的人在為大家默默的服務，享受資源的我，還有什麼好抱怨的呢，謝謝你們的付出！也謝謝梁藥師！
